TPM
Carnegie aims to improve the overall efficiency of equipment and establish a maintenance and repair management system based on the participation of all personnel in the prevention and maintenance process of the entire system.
In response to the large number of automated production systems in our factory, a preventive maintenance mechanism has been established for automated equipment such as molding, threading, and bottle mouth. Workshop employees are required to be familiar with daily equipment maintenance, conduct regular inspections, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and minimize equipment wear and tear.
5S Management
